SpottON Fantasy: an AI fantasy football coach
Pulls a user's league, blends several projection sources and prediction-market player-prop prices, picks the best legal lineup, and has an LLM explain every call in plain English.
- Deterministic where it matters. Scoring and lineup optimization live in tested code (17 test modules). The model only explains results and is told not to invent news. If it is down, the numbers still come back.
- Real service, not a notebook. FastAPI backend with pairing-code auth and per-user sessions encrypted at rest, a CLI, and an iOS/Android app built with Expo.
- In private beta with a small group of testers, self-hosted and reached over a private network tunnel.
Automated video pipeline with built-in fact checking
Turns a topic into a finished vertical video with no manual editing, then routes it through a human approval step before it is published.
- Two models check each other. One writes the questions, a different model answers them blind, and mismatches or risky wording are flagged for review.
- Full automation, human in the loop. Nightly scheduling, duplicate detection with a vector database, voice and video rendering, Slack approval links with one-time tokens, and an automated publisher with retries.
- Runs locally. Docker Compose, with only the webhook path exposed to the internet.

Ticketing and marketing API: ongoing client engagement
Primary backend developer since 2021 for the API behind an event ticketing and marketing platform. I handle development, maintenance and modernization.
- Modernized a live system. Migrated the core API from Sails.js to NestJS, giving it a structured, typed TypeScript architecture that is easier to maintain and extend.
- Cleaner data layer. Introduced Prisma as the ORM on PostgreSQL.
- Event-driven integrations. Added webhook support so other systems can react to ticketing and marketing events as they happen.
